When you order your bathrobe, you will receive an e-mail order confirmation. Separately, you will receive later another e-mail in the evening of the first business day when your order is accepted into the UPS 'system'. It will have the UPS tracking number, typically something like this 1Z XX0 438 03 1234 1234 and you can go to www.ups.com to determine the package's progress. Just cut and paste the tracking # into the tracking # window on www.ups.com to save time typing it in.

We offer the convenience of online credit card transactions to all customers of www.tisseronbathrobes.com(corporate and consumer). We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
When using credit cards, we require the following information:account number, credit card type, cardholder's name and expiration date exactly as it appears on the card.
Incomplete credit card information cannot be processed. Declined bank authorization will not be processed. For these reasons, and to ensure your protection, all credit card orders must include your name, address and telephone number. An e-mail address is welcome, especially with online orders.
