Customer Return Policy
Our no-hassle return policy guarantees that you can return or exchange your purchase if you are not 110% satisfied for any reason.
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your Tïsseron Bathrobe selection, or if you would simply like a different size, we will refund the purchase price or exchange the item at no extra charge. In the rare chance that there is a mistake made on our part in the fulfillment of your order, we will replace the incorrect item(s) at no additional charge.
Simply print and enclose the email order confirmation you received with the packaged bathrobe you are returning to receive your refund or exchange. When the return is received, we will happily credit your credit card the purchase price amount of the robe.
